| dev (who is a private person, hence no real name) is of part Finnish and Swedish, but mostly Norwegian stock. He has been doing various art and design for too many years than he cares to remember. But lately his passion has been theme making for Sony Ericsson cell/mobile phones. He can usually be found in front of the TV when not doing anything on his computer. In fact he spends an unhealthy amount of time in front of liquid crystal displays due to his work in tech support. His other interests includes looking at shiny cars (which he can never afford), listening to music (of various styles and flavors), reading (with a hankering for s/f) and just stuff in general. |

To make SE themes you need a decent graphics program to create the different
image elements a theme consists of. I prefer Adobe's Photoshop. But there
are many other good alternatives to choose from.
And then you need a theme creator program to put the images together as a theme.

Sorry, I don't know of any good, up to-date, tutorials. But feel free to check
